High Yield Strength 50,000 PSI Steel - MT 30 High Strength Pipe is specifically designed to meet the rigors of heavy Commercial and Industrial applications. Similar to MT 40, this product exceeds the guidelines of ASTM F 1043, Group IV Standards Specifications for Strength and Protective Coatings on Steel Industrial Chain Link Fence Framework. MT 30 has a bending moment that exceeds that of Schedule 40.

Coating - MT 30 features the identical triple layer coating process of our MT 40. A triple layer of OD corrosion protection consisting of a zinc bath, an intermediate conversion coat and a clear vacuum sealed top coat is then added to provide the maximum in protection and durability. The ID is zinc coated prior to forming. MT 30 meets coating requirements of major federal and state agencies. MT 30 outperforms Schedule 40 in ASTM B 117 Salt Spray Tests.
